David Houle has been a contributor to Oprah.com over the last two months, discussing the future of this wild universe. This time, he tackles the future of education in America. Women are getting educated and entering prominent management roles slowly and surely. Men are getting less educated and leaving management roles slowly and surely. The country is also going through voluminous transformations in key industries. How does this affect the future of gender relations? Gender roles?
